Memo Line for the Measurement Worksheet

You CAN NOT use the following five symbols in the memo line:  #  &  ;  "  \
The first four will suppress the answer key from being produced,
the \ character will cause the entire worksheet to be blank.

Now you are ready to create your Measurement Worksheet by pressing the Create Button.

Note: You must have Adobe Reader installed for the Worksheet to display or print properly.

The boxes below will cause the program to send the PDF Worksheet using different methods. You should select only the one that applies to you if you are experiencing that problem.
	If the Worksheet is displaying weird characters in your browser, or tries to open the PDF with a .pl extension, then please check the Orange Box.
	If the Worksheet is not being displayed on the PDF Viewer Page at all, then please check the Blue Box.
